I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing me to sit and watch the world go by with a view overlooking the river, though occasionally I could hear the DLR pass by and the occasional plane. The Front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, solving any issues promptly within 10 minutes. The location was convenient for getting around London, just a couple of minutes away from the tube and DLR stop, offering a pleasing view over the Royal Docks and London City Airport. The dining experience was mixed with an OK English breakfast but basic options and some cold/luke-warm food.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the lovely spacious and clean rooms with amazing views of London City Airport. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. My stay at the Premier Inn in Barking was mostly good with clean and tidy rooms but was disrupted by early noise from City Airport. The location was very convenient for the Excel and transportation options. The staff were friendly and eager to help, making the service pleasant. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room I initially booked was standard but got upgraded to a family room, thanks to Anna. The bar was a bit overpriced, but Karen and Amy were incredibly helpful. Shoutout to the chef for the delicious new menu. However, the early wake-up call from the nearby City Airport was a downside.
